- Soymilk as easy as 1-2-3

- Use included measuring cup and measure one level cup of dry soybeans (3.5 ounces / 100g) into large bowl.
- Wash soybeans thoroughly and rinse with fresh water. Repeat 3 times until water is clear. Cover beans with 2-3 inches of water and soak 8-10 hours at room temperature. After soaking, rinse soybeans thoroughly.
- Fill SoyQuick container with normal temperature water to the maximum level indicated in the cooking pot (51ounces / 1,500cc)
- Put soaked soybeans in the filtering cup and re-attach filter cup to machine head.
- Place the upper unit in the center of the pot and place unit in safe place.
- Connect the power cord to the upper unit. The power lamp will illuminate and appliance will beep.
- Press only the Start button. The appliance will automatically start the cycle. Process takes 13-15 minutes. Multiple audio beeps with flashing power light indicate cycle is completed.

1. Follow soymilk making steps. Stir in one package of Tofu coagulator.
2. Cover pot and let stand for 20 minutes. Soymilk with separate into large curds and whey.
3. Center included cheese cloth over and into Tofu press (step 1).
4. Place Tofu press into a colander over a sink. Pour the curds and whey into the Tofu press (step2).
5. Fold remaining sides of cheesecloth on top of Tofu and use the top paddle to press out water (step 3). Press gently for soft Tofu and more forcefully for firm Tofu.
6. Let stand for 15-20 minutes in Tofu press.
One batch of soymilk makes approximately 7-14 ounces (195-395 grams) of Tofu. |
