Easy way to cook wheat: Before bed, put grain & water in: crock pot, set on low. OR: in shallow pan covered with foil into oven set at 150 degrees overnight. Breakfast will be ready in the morning! (Make more than you need, so you can warm it up with milk the rest of the week.)
