  cord, their would be a solid 80 cubic feet of wood.  The energy and money you    
  wood used in deriving the BTU values had a 20% moisture  save!    
  rating.  Averages of certain species of tree have been provided if you don't know the exact type     
  you have.  For example if you don't know the exact type of oak you have you can just use the     
  oak (avg.) to give you a close estimate.
